Tom Allen is a scientist and educator. As an astronomer, his research interests include observational studies of young stars, their properties, environments and dusty planet forming material. As an educator, he has taught physics, astronomy and statistics. He is currently working with the ADS team to train AI to identify important information in the astrophysics literature.
